Shipping & Delivery:

How Orders are shipped? Depending on the size of the item, the following shipping methods will be used. Please note that our standard shipping refers to Parcel Service or Truck Freight unless specified otherwise in the product description.

Standard Shipping: Parcel Services:

The selected parcel service (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, OR USPS) delivers your merchandise to your home and place it at the front area of your front door of your home. This service has weight and cube restrictions and not all of our items can move in this manner.

Standard Shipping: Truck Freight/ Common Carrier:

Most of the furniture we sell are simply too big or too heavy for a regular Parcel Services to handle. A trucking company (or commonly known as a common carrier) is the delivery method of choice for furniture. The carrier will not unload the furniture to the curbside or to the back of the truck. They will only deliver during business hours between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday by appointment. Please make sure that you have adequate help to move the furniture. 

Inside Delivery:

Inside delivery is an extra service that will deliver the furniture inside your home, but will not include any assembly. This service is available for an additional fee on most occasions. Please email us at sales@preciousfurniturecollection.com

Personal Information:

Our site uses forms for you to request information, products, and services. We collect your contact information, including addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and financial information. Collected information is used for the benefit of PreciousFurnitureCollection.com to send information to customers about orders, to fulfill orders, to process and collect payment, to send promotional marketing materials about our company and partners, and to contact customers about orders when necessary. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor your experiences at our site, to show you content that we think you might be interested in, and to display the content according to your preferences. 

Returns & Replacements:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, If you have any questions about returning or exchanging an item call us at 858-848-5775 or email us at sales@preciousfurniturecollection.com and request return. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. If you don’t like it or other personal reason, there is no damage or defective with our merchandise, and you still want to return, 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  You will be charged for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your total return credit.

Ordering:

Please allow 7 to 14 business days in order to receive your product. For Furniture that is currently on Pre-order, it may take longer than usual to receive our product. Any product that is on pre-order will receive a notification before the item is purchased in order for our customers to be aware of shipping expectation. Any orders that fail to meet requirements our staff will contact within 2 business days in order to clarify sale.  

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

Promotional items will only be honored during the time of the promotion. Any exchanges of furniture to an item that was on sale at the time of purchase will be honored to all of our customers. Clearance items are first come first serve. Any clearance items that are exchanged or refunded if a customer would like to purchase again would be at regular price.
